for the Hacienda Chichen Resort
All our reservations require a non-refundable
10% deposit in order to secure a reservation. All cancellations must be received and
confirmed via email.
For reservations between January 1, 2010 - April 30, 2010:

Fourteen (14) business days or
more prior to arrival date:
We must receive and confirm your cancellation in writing via email to be
eligible for a ninety percent (90%) refund.

Ten (10) business days prior to
arrival date:
We must receive and confirm your cancellation in writing via email to be
eligible for a for a seventy-five percent (75%) refund.

Four (4) business days prior to
arrival date:
We must receive and confirm your cancellation in writing via email to be
eligible for a for a fifty percent (50%) refund.
For reservations between May 1,
2010 - September 30, 2010:
